Agate is a stylish chaise longue distinguished by unusual, velvet upholstery fabric with a delicate sheen. It will be a perfect choice for elegant interiors where it will introduce a bit of cosiness. To keep the furniture in excellent condition, you must regularly remove dust from it. Wipe it with a dry and clean cloth so as not to damage the cleaned surface. Do not use preparations not intended for your type of upholstery. In the case of wet, dry and greasy spots, remove them as soon as possible, rubbing the dirty surface with a cloth soaked in hot water or a mixture of water and soapy water.

Avoid direct heat sources, such as a dryer, and do not put furniture near radiators, as this may have a negative effect on the fabric.

Ink spots are best removed with a suitable preparation that can be bought in special furniture stores.

Cleaning
In order to prevent discoloration and maintain the density of fabric, place a piece of furniture at least 50 cm from the radiator, stove, etc. and avoid putting furniture in very sunny places.

Do not use strong detergents like bleach that can damage the product.

Delivery

As our furniture is a bulky product, it is usually transported on pallets. Palletised consignments are a guarantee of safety and optimal price. Furniture is usually transported in vehicles equipped with lifts. The driver transports the furniture on a trolley to the door of the house or the door of a staircase in a block of flats. 

In the case of large business orders, we organise individual transport, fully tailored to the customer's needs.

The shipping cost includes transport of the products and insurance. We are constantly working to optimise it. After order confirmation, shipping cost may be subject to adjustments.

Delivery time 

At Eye on Design, we work directly with manufacturers to offer our customers the best quality furniture and accessories.

Estimated delivery time by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) is 72h. This time may vary depending on the country you choose.

Returns

Each of our customers (both individual and business customers) may return the purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 days from the day on which they took possession of the purchased item (delivery of the order).

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send information on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods at your own expense to the address indicated by us within 14 days.

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received excluding delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the goods and establish that there are no signs of damage or use.

We will refund the payment using the same means of payment used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Refunds do not include customized and personalized products.

Complaint

However, we realise that damage in transit or during production can happen. Therefore, if you receive damaged goods, please contact us by e-mail at support@eyeon.design

In order to process your complaint quickly and minimize shipping costs, please provide photos of the damage.

In the case of a successful complaint, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail to arrange a convenient time for the courier company to collect the faulty goods.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

Unfortunately, no, we have no payment-on-delivery or advance payment option at the moment. It is possible to use the Klarna installment payment program.


What payment options do you offer?

You can use multiple payment methods to complete purchase in our store:

The payment link does not work - what to do? Do I have to place the order all over again?

If you have placed an order and want to pay through online transfer, but something went wrong when you clicked on the payment link, the order is still active and you can still pay. In that case, please contact Customer Service.

 

Is it possible to pay by traditional bank transfer?

Is there an installment payment option?

Yes, we have such an option, it is available when finalizing your order. Please select Klarna payments, and then choose installment payment.

 

Instead of paying the full amount, can I make an advance payment?

We currently do not have the option of paying in advance. Order processing will begin after the full amount is paid.

 

Do I get a VAT invoice?

Yes, please provide your invoice details at the time of placing an order in the comment box or send your invoice details to hello@eyeon.design

 

Where can I verify the reviews of Eye on Design store?

Which products can be returned?

All products that are not custom-made and personalized. Returned products must be unused and undamaged.

 

What is the Eye on Design customer loyalty program about?

By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every EUR spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for further orders. Discount coupons cannot be higher than 10% of the value of the next order.

Example:

Collected 1,000 points can be exchanged for an EUR 100 discount voucher for subsequent purchases worth at least EUR 1,000.

 

How can I earn points in the loyalty program?

You can receive points for: shopping in our store, registering an account, liking and following Eye on Design's social media account. You can also get points as a gift for your birthday.

 

Is it possible for the shipment to be delayed?

Yes, we have the ability to store the goods and ship them at the convenient time for you.

 

How will the goods be delivered?

Shipping of the goods will depend on the size of the package, usually the logistics partner is DPD, DHL, Fedex, Agediss or Ambro Express.

Before the scheduled delivery, we will email you with a tracking number.

 

Do you have a furniture assembly service option?

Unfortunately, we do not have such an option at the moment. However, the assembly of a majority of furniture is quite easy, each piece of furniture comes with assembly instructions.

In case of any difficulties, we are at your disposal.

 

Can I customize the product you have on the website?

Where can I find information on what the order lead time is?

Information about the delivery time of your order can be found in the product card, under the description.

I would like to see what the fabric looks like, how can I order a sampler?

Samplers can be ordered for the price of 44 EUR. When you buy a piece of furniture, you can get a refund of 44 EUR (after returning the sampler). In the comment to your order, please write what product you want the sampler for.

Do I need to create an account on Eye on Design to place an order?

It is not required, however, we encourage you to create an account to be able to enjoy special offers, a loyalty program and faster processing of your orders.

 

Who covers the cost of shipping in case of return?

The buyer returns the product at his/her own expense.

 

Do the products have a warranty? 

Yes, every product comes with a warranty.

 

What should I do if the product is damaged?

To file a claim, follow the steps below:

  1. Return/complaint form

Send an email (hello@eyeon.design) with the following information: name, email or mailing address, phone number, indication of the product number and the reason for the complaint, date of purchase and occurrence of the defect.

In order to process the complaint quickly and minimize shipping costs, please provide photos/video documenting any damage. Also, please check the products received with the courier, in case of any signs of damage.

  1. Returning the product

When making a complaint, please send back the product with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

 

What is the company's return policy?
